Exhibit Booth Pricing
- CVSA Member: $1,500
- Non-member: $2,500
Note: Each exhibitor must register as a COHMED Conference attendee separately. As part of each registration, each attendee can attend any meeting session, reception or event during the week.
Exhibit Booth Details
Each exhibit booth rental space includes:
- One skirted 6’ x 2.5’ table, two chairs, and one 110-volt electrical outlet
- One complimentary event registration
- Pre- and post-conference attendee list
- Company name and logo on CVSA’s website with hyperlink
- VIP access to CVSA’s mobile event app to include a company profile, logo and contacts
- Exclusive exhibit time to connect with customers over three days of breakfasts, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
