 The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance and its affiliates (“CVSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates www.cvsa.org and any affiliated sites (Seikosoft, Synegen, Totara and MemberSuite) that link to this privacy policy (collectively, the “site”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share the information of individuals who visit our site.

From time to time, CVSA may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys and/or other general communication. 

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from CVSA, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. Users may also log in to the CVSA member portal at www.cvsa.org/memberportal. Click on “Edit my Information,” then either select the “Do Not Email” option to be removed from all email communications or you may individually unsubscribe from the different categories of communications.

Changes to this Statement 

CVSA reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you about material changes in our information practices by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site and/or by updating any privacy information on this page.
