When you click on the “REGISTER NOW” button below, you will be taken to your CVSA member portal where you will need to login to register. Once you’ve logged into your account, click on the “Events” section on the right side of the page and select “2021 Annual Conference and Exhibition.”

Late Registration Policy
Registration fees increase in all membership categories by $50 per registrant after Aug. 13.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All refunds, minus a $50 service fee, will be given if the cancellation is made in writing no later than Friday, Aug. 13, 2021. No refunds will be given after this date. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
UPDATE: Recognizing the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, CVSA is waiving its cancellation policy for any registered attendee who wishes to cancel their registration. To cancel your reservation, please email Moni Adewoyin at monia@cvsa.org or contact CVSA by phone at 301-830-6143. Please also remember to cancel any hotel travel reservations you may have associated with this trip, to avoid incurring a ‘no-show’ penalty.
