Applications will be accepted starting June 14 (May 24 for priority exhibitors) until July 9, 2021, or until space sells out. Email applications to CVSA Event Coordinator Natasha Bunch (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Each exhibit booth rental includes:
- 10’x10’ draped exhibit booth with an 8’ back wall and 8’ side rail drape
- One 6’ x 2’ draped table, two chairs and one waste basket
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign with company name
- One pre-conference and one post-conference attendee list
- Company name and logo on CVSA’s website
- VIP access to CVSA’s mobile event app to include a company profile, logo and contacts
- Exclusive exhibit time to connect with attendees over two days of breakfasts, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and the Monday evening Welcome and Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall
- Note: The Exhibit Hall is carpeted
Important Submission Notes:
- Please include your first, second and third booth choices in the Application for Exhibit Space form when you email your application on the specified selection date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- Booth assignments cannot be held or confirmed without a complete Application for Exhibit Space.
Exhibit Booth Pricing Per Booth:
CVSA Member: $1,500
Non-CVSA Member: $2,500
Please note: Each booth attendant must register as an Annual Conference and Exhibition attendee separately and pay the applicable registration fees. As part of each registration, each attendee can attend any meeting session, reception or event during the week.
