Manager of Accounting
The manager of accounting performs tasks related to the accounts payable, cash management and general ledger processes for the organization, including overall financial support to internal and external parties. The manager of accounting will be responsible for reviewing, coding and processing invoices for payment; receiving and recording cash deposits; monthly general ledger account and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations; ensuring all invoices and reimbursement requests have adequate supporting documentation; preparing and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports for accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; assisting with annual financial audit preparation and grant documentation assembly and submission; processing credit card reconciliation and payments; reconciling vendor statements and prior balances; attending and supporting CVSA meetings and events; and more. This position will be based at our headquarters office in Washington, D.C. This position will remain open until filled.

Membership Coordinator
The membership coordinator assists with the day-to-day management, oversight and quality control of the organization’s association management system (AMS), including email distribution and mailing lists. The membership coordinator will be responsible for managing membership revenue recognition schedules within the AMS; updating areas of the organization’s website relevant to membership activity; promoting the organization and helping to foster partnerships with external stakeholders; communicating with existing and potential members, sponsors and exhibitors; attending and supporting CVSA meetings and events; and more. This position will be based at our headquarters office in Washington, D.C. This position will remain open until filled.
