Agencies that are interested in hosting a post-crash inspection certification course must be capable of providing a classroom with PowerPoint capability and room for 25 students plus instructors. The host agency must also coordinate with a heavy wrecker or tow yard willing to accommodate two field days in which wrecked truck tractors and semi-trailers will be inspected. The wrecker/tow yard should have the capability to put two semi-trailers on their side for instruction and inspection of braking systems.
