On Nov. 15, 2019, CVSA submitted comments to an exemption request from PTS Worldwide Inc. seeking additional flexibility for splitting sleeper berth time. CVSA commented that FMCSA should complete the originally planned split-sleeper-berth pilot program to collect data on the safety impacts of this request before making a determination.
