Complimentary shuttle buses, sponsored by Greyhound, will be provided between the Beau Rivage, the Hard Rock Hotel and the Mississippi Coast Convention center per the schedule listed below. Travel time between the hotels and convention center is approximately 15-20 minutes and it is not in walking distance. Please plan accordingly and check the CVSA Events App for the latest information.
Pick-up and Drop-off Locations
- The Beau Rivage Bus Lobby is located past the hotel lobby and front desk towards the West Valet and Self-Parking Garage. Proceed down the escalator to the bus lobby under the parking garage.
- The Hard Rock Hotel bus stop is the fire lane directly in front of the Platinum Tower.
- The Mississippi Coast Convention center bus stop is located at the Main Entrance, also known as the West Lobby Entrance of the facility.
Sunday, September 22 (For Exhibitor move-in only)
- Departures from Beau Rivage beginning at 12:45 p.m. then every hour 1:45 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 3:45 p.m. and last departure at 4:45 p.m.
- Departures from the convention center beginning at 1:15 p.m. then every hour at 2:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 4:15 p.m., and last departure at 5:15 p.m.
- There is no shuttle service from the Hard Rock Hotel on Sunday.
Monday, September 23
- Departures from Beau Rivage to the convention center beginning at 6:30 a.m. and running continuous loops every 10 minutes
- Departures from Hard Rock Hotel beginning at 6:30 a.m. running continuous loops approximately every 30 minutes (6:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.)
- Beginning at 8:30 a.m., shuttles will depart the Beau Rivage and the convention center every 30 minutes (on the hour and ½ hour) with brief stops at the Hard Rock Hotel until 11:30 a.m.
- At 12:15 p.m. one shuttle will depart the convention center for the hotels
- At 12:50 p.m. one shuttle will depart the Hard Rock Hotel to the convention center
- At 1 p.m., one shuttle will depart Beau Rivage to the convention center
- Beginning at 2 p.m., shuttles will depart the convention center and the Beau Rivage every 30 minutes (on the hour and ½ hour) with brief stops at the Hard Rock Hotel
- Last departure from the convention center to the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Hotel is 7:45 p.m.
Tuesday, September 24
- Departures from Beau Rivage to the convention center beginning at 6:30 a.m. and running continuous loops every 10 minutes
- Departures from Hard Rock Hotel beginning at 6:30 a.m. running continuous loops approximately every 30 minutes (6:30 a.m., 7 a.m., 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m.)
- Beginning at 8:30 a.m., shuttles will depart the Beau Rivage and the convention center every 30 minutes (on the hour and ½ hour) with brief stops at the Hard Rock Hotel until 11:30 a.m.
- At 12:15 p.m., one shuttle will depart the convention center for the hotels
- At 12:50 p.m., one shuttle will depart the Hard Rock Hotel to the convention center

There is no shuttle service between the Hard Rock Hotel and the Beau Rivage for Thursday’s sessions.
Lunch Shuttles (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
From 12-1:30 p.m., shuttles will run continuous loops to Slap Ya Mamma’s, Lucy’s, The Reef, Woody’s Roadside, and Slap’s Catfish House.
