Note: Each booth attendant must register as a COHMED Conference attendee separately and pay the applicable registration fees. As part of each registration, each attendee can attend any meeting session, reception or event during the week.

- One skirted 6’ x 2.5’ table, two chairs, and one 110-volt electrical outlet
