Non-Member – $625.00 U.S.
Guest Meals/Breaks/Functions – $150.00 U.S.

All refunds, minus a $50.00 service fee, will be given if the cancellation is made no later than Friday, September 14, 2012. No refunds will be given after Friday, September 14, 2012!

Online Registration:

Conference registration is required for all participants. CVSA offers online registration for all conferences and events. To register online, please click HERE.

Airport Information:

Portland International Jetport (PWM) is located approximately 5 miles from the Holiday Inn By the Bay Hotel, and all overflow hotels. Complimentary shuttle service is available from each hotel. Guests must use the house phone at the airport to call the front desk and requests for the shuttle. Taxi service is available to each hotel for approximately $15.00 – $18.00 each way.

Transportation to the Headquarter Hotel:

Shuttle service will be provided for all guests that are staying at one of the three overflow hotels (Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown, Hampton Inn Portland Downtown, and Residence Inn Portland Downtown) on a complimentary basis. The shuttles will run from Monday, September 24, 2012 through Wednesday, September 26, 2012 and will transport guests to and from the Holiday Inn By the Bay hotel. Shuttles will pick up and drop off attendees staying at these overflow hotels at designated times throughout the day. Transportation from other hotels in the Portland area will not be provided.

Parking at the Headquarter Hotel:

The Holiday Inn By the Bay hotel offers complimentary parking for all CVSA Annual Conference & Exhibition attendees in the attached parking garage.

Hotel Accommodations:

The block of CVSA rooms at the Holiday Inn and the three overflow hotels is currently sold out. Rooms may still be available at the Hotel’s current rack rates. Please contact each property directly to book your hotel room for their prevailing rate. Additional accommodations may be available at neighboring hotels. Please note that there is not a CVSA Room Rate at these locations. Rooms may/may not be available and are at the hotel’s current rooming rates.
